How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for brand activations to allow time for custom cart wrapping and branded cup production. For standard catering, 2-3 weeks is usually sufficient.
What does the branding process look like?
You send us your brand files. Our team creates the cart wrap, cup artwork, and latte art. You review and approve before we produce. The entire design process typically takes 3-4 weeks.
What power & space requirements do you have?
We can fit almost anywhere, but we do need at least a 6′ by 5′ space for room for the cart and baristas. Each espresso machine/bar requires one (1) dedicated 20-amp circuit.
How many guests can you serve?
Our standard setup serves groups of 50-400 guests. For larger events, we add service stations to maintain speed and quality.
